Emily Solway-Ferguson
TCM Acupuncturist

Emily Solway-Ferguson RAc is a licensed Acupuncturist and member of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia (ATCMANS).
Emily is a recent graduate from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She first decided to enroll in the program after witnessing how effective acupuncture was in treating her own lower back pain. Her time at the college helped her to realize that each client is going to be different from the next, so an accurate diagnosis is essential in making an effective treatment plan.
She believes that people have the innate ability to heal themselves. During a session Emily helps to initiate the healing process and witnesses it as being done already. She uses various methods related to acupuncture, such as fire cupping, gua sha, auricular acupuncture, and acupressure massage, in which she recommends depending on the diagnosis.
Emily is also a Reiki Master and is trained in ThetaHealing.
